Louisiana History Museum Picture of the Week

The French "Unique" Cleaners, Alexandria, Louisiana, back when they would pick up and deliver. Notice their slogan: "Send it to a Master", and their phone number, which was "1000", at the right of the photo and on the trucks.

If you look closely in the middle left-hand side of the photo, you can see the tip of the Cathedral clock tower on Fourth Street.
